We have been having a great time learning all about Minibeasts for our topic. This week we have been reading ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ by Eric Carle. We made models out of salt dough and made sure that our caterpillars had 6 legs and two antennae. When the models were dry, we painted them with special acrylic paint to make them strong and shiny. We chose the colours ourselves to copy the pictures in the book.
