This morning the School Council attended a meeting of the St. Vincent’s Parents’ Association (SVPA). Each member introduced themselves and explained their role e.g. Chairperson , Treasurer. We told them some history and facts about the School Council and our important work. We explained some of the past successes of the School Council such as changing the school uniform so girls can wear trousers in the winter. We asked the SVPA of they would pay for fruit for KS2 to eat at breaktime. This is provided for KS1 but we think it is also good for the older pupils. It was unanimous-everyone said Yes! We are very grateful -thank you.
