To support Class 5 in their project ‘Films’, the children visited The Photographers’ Gallery on Tuesday 30th January. The children had the opportunity to explore the history and science of photography using The Photographers’ Gallery’s own Camera Obscura. After experimenting with the Camera Obscura room, the children took part in a practical activity, working in pairs to create their own hand-held pinhole Camera Obscuras! We had a fantastic day. Thank you to the parents who came on the trip.
