Today at St.Vincent’s we celebrated Shrove Tuesday, the day immediately preceding Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, by eating lots of pancakes cooked by our wonderful St.Vincent’s Parents Association. They were so delicious that the queue was literally out of the door!
