As part of Enterprise week, Year 3 enjoyed an interesting and valuable workshop led by two members of staff from Metro Bank. The children had the opportunity to find out about different aspects of the bank and what they offer including bank statements, savings accounts and interest.
At the start of the session all children were given a grape which they were allowed to eat or save. At the end of the session the children were asked if anyone had saved their grape. Only one person had! They were rewarded with interest and were given another grape!
