We have had a busy week in Year 6!
We have had to use our learning powers (reciprocity, resilience, resourcefulness and reflectiveness) in order to design, make and sell a product!
In Maths we focused on money and conducted market research which we then presented using a pie chart. We also learnt about profit, loss and interest.
In English we explored persuasive adverts and wrote our own using rhetorical questions, superlatives and imperative verbs.
In Computing we created posters and videos to advertise our products .
We were also lucky enough to welcome volunteers from HMT Treasury and Metro Bank who led workshops, helped us make our products and answered lots of questions!
