In Year 1, we have learnt what bullying is. We had a brilliant workshop delivered by Mrs Duffy where we made posters. On Tuesday, we wrote an acrostic poem about anti-bullying:
Be kind to everyone
Understand that bullying is mean
Love each other
Let someone know you are being bullied
You are brilliant
I don’t like you bullying me
No more bullying please
Go and play with your friends
We also made paper chains of kindness. We read the story, The Yeti and the bird.’ We wrote a letter of advice to the Yeti telling him how to make friends.
