Happy World Book Day!
At St. Vincent’s the teachers follow a theme and this year we are superheroes and saints. Can you identify us from our photos?
Following a special assembly and parade each class will take part in a carousel of activities linked to our theme and, as it is the Year of the Word, we will all start our Religious Education lessons today by listening to a special podcast by Cardinal Vincent Nichols. click here to listen
Parents and carers are warmly welcomed to come and join us for family reading sessions across the school, starting at 14:45. Feel free to dress up as a book character or simply come as you are!
The day will end with our Book Fair in the school hall at 15:15 but we hope the love of reading continues. If you want some inspiration for high quality books to read, please click here
