    12 50

    Thank you ?

  20. Hello Amarissa!
    Well done for showing your working out! πŸ™‚
    Make sure you read the question carefully, it says the number is a two digit number less than 50 where the sum of its digits are 12.
    For example, 23 is a two digit number and it is less than 50.
    But, the sum of its digits (2+3) is 5.

    Can you find a two-digit number that fits this criteria?

  21. The first number Dan found was 48 because ,
    8 +4=12 , 8-4 =4

    The second number dan found was 63 because
    the clue was an odd number higher than 50 and one digit was half of the other.

  22. Very clear explaining William, well done πŸ™‚

    See if your answers are correct tomorrow!

  23. ???

    2) 63, 6/2=3. You cannot halve any other odd number under.

  27. Well done Ciana, check back tomorrow to see if you are correct!
    While you wait, have a look at your answer to question 1, is the difference between the two numbers (4 and 8) 12?

  28. 1. 48 because 4+8=12 but 84 is more than 50 and it is a two-diget number.
    2. 63 because it is an odd number, is more than 50 and is also a
    two-diget number.

  29. Well done Clara!

  30. For the challenge, the answer is 48 and 39 because 3+9=12 as well as 4+8=12…? But the difference of 9 and 3 doesn’t add up to 4.

  31. Great work!

  32. Answers : 48 for first question. And 63 for the second question.

  33. Well done Rafael!

  34. Good morning Miss Lee,
    For question 1 my answer is 48. Here is how I got my answer;
    4 and 8 both add up to 12, and they both have a difference of 4.

    For question 2 my answer is 63. Here is how I got my answer;
    6 divided by 2 is 3, 63 is bigger than 50 and 63 is an odd number.
