I think Mr. Majejka is the most important character because he is mysterious and has a flying carpet. Mr. Potter hasn’t met him before, he felt shocked and speechless when they finally met.
I think Mr. Majeika arrived on a magic carpet because that might have been his favourite or the only means of transport.
This may mean that he knows magic, and he is not an ordinary person, an eccentric.
If I had a magic carpet I would travel with my family around the world.
