Good Morning, Nursery.
Well done for your hard work in phonics this week.
Today, we are going to practicing rhyming by learning this funny song.
Listen and join in with the song here:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs8sh2Jgm9o
Can you remember the words that rhyme with pig from the song?
Can you make up your own rhyming string?
I can’t wait to hear all about your rhyming today.
Love from Miss Siswick. (I will be at school so I will not be able to respond until later today.)
PRINTABLE VERSION:N Phonics Friday
It would really help me if you could upload photos straight to the media file (instructions are here: sharing photos and files) as they get to me more quickly and easily as they don’t have to go via the office and my e-mail. Please can either your child’s name or face (but not both) be visible on any photos. Many thanks.
There was a FROG, he liked his LOG. The FROG he had a DOG and the DOG he pushed the FROG off the LOG, straight into the BOG! 🙂

He remembered most of the rhyming words, big, pig, dig, wig and fig
He found creating his own rhyming string a bit tricky..
