Thank you to Father Francis who led our key stage assemblies today. He told us about his life and spoke to us about the different presents that we receive-the most important being the gift of friendship.
Key Stage 1 pupils: “It was a really good assembly. It was interesting to meet a new priest and to welcome Father Francis to our school. He taught us about being kind to people.”
Key Stage 2 pupils: “Father Francis travels to different countries helping people who are less fortunate than ourselves. He lived in Dubai where it was very friendly. He encouraged us to be friendly and to smile. He also taught us that it is better to give than to receive and that you should have satisfaction when you give. It was a great assembly.”
