Good morning Class 4!
Today you are going to do some coding!
Before following the instructions, please remember to always ask an adult before clicking a web link and try to limit time that you spend on electronic devices or take regular breaks.
You are going to be coding using Busy Code on Busy Things (I am sure you are familiar with Busy Things)!
Follow the instructions below to log into Busy Things and find today’s activity.
You will need your My USO login which is in your Yellow Home Learning Folder. Your details are on a sticker which looks like this:
1. Click here for the link to Busy Things;

2. Log in using your USO details (make sure you have clicked logging in as a pupil)
5. Click on Key stage 2 – Year 3/4 – Computing
6. Click on Busycode and then select ‘Beard Man’s Adventures’
7. Start with the tutorial which will tell you how to control and program Beard Man:
Follow and complete all 7 steps in the tutorial.
When you have completed to tutorial, try Adventure 1A and see if you can help Beard Man in his adventures.
Use the blog to let me know how you found the activity or to ask for help if you need it!

I really liked computing today and i have finished the session. it was fun making the man move and get treasure and the tablet. it was hard putting all the pieces together because you need to count how many you need. but other than that it was really fun.?

When I played it I thought I could do it without watching the tutorial and went straight onto a cracked tile and fell! I had to go back and watch the tutorial! They are trickier than they look!
