In our Art lesson this week, we learnt how to make our own collages. We looked at some paintings of the Great Fire of London and discussed the colours of the flames.
We used tissue paper and chose the colours to be like fire and then tore them up into small pieces. We glued each piece onto paper, making sure they overlapped with each other so that there were no gaps. We think they look really fiery!
Once they are dry, we will cut out black silhouettes of buildings to stick on the front of them. We can’t wait to share our finished collages with you!
