This week in R.E., Year 4 looked at Jesus’s call to the Apostles in the Gospel of Mark (3:13-19).
The Apostles formed the first Christian community, and the Gospel tell us how Jesus chose his special friends and encouraged them to spread the Good News.
We thought carefully about what the Apostles were called to do and what kind of people they were.
Just like the Apostles, we are followers of Jesus and are each called to be messengers of God in many different ways.
To help us with this very important task, we came up with a Code of Conduct to help us to remember how we should behave and what we should do to continue sharing the Good News and Gifts of God.
