We have a new German Partner School in Bad Bentheim, Germany. ‘Bad’ means ‘Spa’ because the town has thermal waters. It doesn’t mean it is a bad school as many children in Year 4 suggested!
The Grundschule Bad Bentheim is a school close to Miss Siswick’s heart because her mum went there from 1946-1950! A few weeks ago, Class 4 wrote to Klasse 3c (who are the same age as Class 4) at the German school to introduce themselves in German. Klasse 3c have now received our letters and are writing back to us. They have even written about us on their website:
