In Maths we have been learning about number and place value.
We have participated in lots of practical activities, including ordering numbers, learning mathematical vocabulary such as greater and less than. We have also been learning what one more and one less than a given number is. We are practising writing our numbers to 100 and writing numbers in words from 1-20. We can also count on from 10 using the help of a tens frame and counters!
This week we have been learning our number bonds to 5 and 10 and next week we will be learning addition and subtraction.
