We are enjoying #helloyellow day in Year 6. We are all wearing some yellow or a lot of yellow!
We started the day with a #helloyellow challenge!
We practiced breathing techniques and talking about how they help us to feel calm and happy.
We talked about our feelings. All of us experience different feelings at different times. There is a normal range of emotions that we will all experience at different times in our life. Sharing our feelings can ease our worries and give us solutions to a problem.
We shared different feelings by writing how we we were feeling and why.
Finally, we talked about what symbolises ‘hope’ for us and then created our own pictures of ‘hope’.
