Our current topic in Religious Education is ‘Growing.’
In our Religious Education lesson today, we spent some time looking at a variety of things that grow in spring time.
We looked at some pictures of twigs with buds, bulbs and seeds and talked about what happens to these. We went on a nature walk and talked about how the plants grow and how they have new life.
We looked at the flowers in the prayer garden and discussed how the seeds grow and become living plants. We were able to answer some ‘why’ questions together.
We are looking forward to continuing our learning in Religious Education where we will find out more about lent and how we can grow to be like Jesus.
