In the last few weeks Year 1 have been reinforcing just how important it is to stay safe when using the internet. We have looked at how people are not always who they say they are online, and we explored this by making avatars of ourselves, and then changing them so they don’t look like us anymore. We have also talked about how to be safe when playing a game online, and always making sure to check everything we do by asking mum or dad or whoever is looking after us at home. We practiced writing this out on the iPads.
