Today, we took a team of excited pupils from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 to compete in cross country races at Regent’s Park against other schools across Westminster. We first started with a group warm up led by our Year 6 sport ambassadors so we were ready for the races.
The races were divided into 4 categories:

Years 3 and 4 Boys: 1km

Years 3 and 4 Girls: 1km

Years 5 and 6 Boys: 1.5km

Years 5 and 6 Girls: 1.5km

The children performed incredibly well and they have done us all extremely proud! They supported each other and cheered each other over the finish line. One of our girls in the Year 3 and 4 race took third place as well so we had fantastic individual and team achievements in every race!

We will hear about our confirmation for our team results once all the results have been calculated by the Westminster Schools Sports Team. Finger crossed that we get some medals sent in the post!

Well done St Vincent’s! We’re extremely proud of all of you!
