The Year 4, 5 & 6 swimming team represented St Vincent’s fantastically at the Westminster Swimming Gala.
There were eight teams from schools in Westminster and everyone took part in different races. There were individual races as well as some relays.
All the children showed wonderful sportsmanship and cheered everyone on brilliantly.
We were very proud to win medals in these races:
- Bronze medal for Year 6 girls backstroke
- Gold medal for the Year 5 boys medley relay
- Bronze medal for the Year 5 boys freestyle relay
- Bronze medal for the Year 5 girls medley relay
- Bronze medal for the Year 5 girls freestyle relay
- Gold medal for Year 5 boys breaststroke
- Bronze medal for Year 5 boys butterfly
- Silver medal for Year 5 girls freestyle
- Bronze medal for Year 4 girls breaststroke
- Silver medal for Year 4 boys breaststroke
And even more proud that we came in fourth place overall! Well done everyone!
IT WAS SO GOOD ! Thank you to Mr Aiken and the staff who brought us there , I had a blast. I hope I get chosen next year. We were 4th place which was not bad at all as we didn’t have year 6 boys .
