Today we are going to be doing some gymnastics. First I want you to make sure that:

You have a clear space so you do not break anything!

Make sure an adult is there when you are practising these moves.
Have fun and remember to only practise the moves if there is enough space!

Dear Miss Travers.
1- Warm Up. I did all the exercises.
2-I found it easy to stand up without using my hands. I tried rocking backwards then forwards as well, but it was easier for me to stand up without doing this.
3-I can rock on my side,I can rock on my knees, my tummy if I swing my legs and I can rock on my bottom also. When I stand up I can also rock on my feet.
4-I can rock gently from side to side
5-I can curl up tightly and rock from side to side.
6-I moved to crouching position
7.I stood up, stretched out and rocked on my feet backwards and forward onto my tiptoes which I also do in my ballet classes.
Well done Isabella! I’m sure Miss Travers will be very impressed with what you have achieved today!

I did all the exercise. I do everyday star jumps 106 but today I did 120.

This was fun! It reminded me of my Capoeira classes.
My mom and I loved doing the PE class together!
It was a good break to all the hard work I have been doing.
Hi Miss Travers I enjoyed the gymnastics. It was fun pulling up without using my hands. Mummy couldn’t get off the floor when she did it.
I miss gymnastics lessons. I do the warm up and practice handstands, cartwheels and the bridge.
