I want it to be themed on freedom.
We can do a little play about animal testing:
1. Animals being tested for medicines.
2. Animals being free and happy.
Then we can ask the other classes what they think is right or wrong.
Can we choose what animals we get to be?
Animals: Dogs, Cats, Foxes, Monkeys, Mice/rats , (other)

I agree. We could also do a circus scene and talk about freedom. We could also do a freedom time line where we act the progress of the human and animals rights act.
I really like this idea! We could do something when each time humans progress in history, we do a little play about it and there is a narrator who talks about it. We could also ask children what they know about freedom to make it more interesting for them.
Or, we could be in “Parliament” and ask parents to join in on a debate about freedom.
Could we sing the song ‘Think’ by Aretha Franklin?
I’d like to also learn about human freedom and how different people used to be treated.
