In Class 4, we have just finished the wonderful story of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Everyone loved hearing about the adventures that the four children were up to in Narnia and even noticed the similarity between Aslan and Jesus.
What should our next book be? Maybe you’ve been told about a book that you would love to read together, or you have a favourite book that you think everyone else in the class would enjoy too. Let me know your suggestions and then we can vote for our book next week.
For this term I think we could read a story like ‘Harry Potter ‘ that has lots of action and that not many people know. This means that people won’t tell what is happening in the story later on.
But I don’t know which book to read.
We should read the 1st or 2nd Harry Potter or the 4th Narnia (Prince Caspian).
The Famous Five 1-3 by Enid Blyton is a book with mystery and adventure
I think it will be nice if we read ‘the Witches’ by Roald Dahl or ‘Matilda’ also by Roald Dahl .
I think we should read the book called The Astounding Broccoli Boy
Great suggestions everyone! As voted by our class, the next book is The Witches!
Can we read Harry Potter?
