MY ANSWERS.
1) The workmen were struggling to erect a huge eighty-foot tall Christmas tree past a house and a grave yard.
2) The girl is wearing some ‘purple and black-striped socks’, a ‘black coat reaches her ankles’ and ‘heavy black boots’.
3)Angry.
4) 1: Monkeys wearing fez hats, 2: Farting cushions, 3: fake bloody fingers.
5) I think she does this because she and the man might not want anyone to know about what they are doing or in case anyone is in the shop and to show them that they need to get out right then.
6) I think it means that there is variety and a lot of weird toys all around them in the toy shop.
7) Suddenly.

1) The work men were struggling to erect an eighty foot Christmas tree.
2) The young girl wears a long black coat, purple and black striped socks and heavy black boots.
3) “For each of the mans long strides she must take three, yet she easily matches his angry pace.”
4) Furry spiders, Ray guns and Farting cushions.
5) So that no one would come in and hear the discussion about to be had.
6) I think it meant that their was an array of toys around them which felt like they were surrounded.
7) Suddenly.
