Last week we were listening to and talking about our favourite music.
Today’s task: Put some of your favourite music on and get your whole family dancing! We would love to see some photos and hear about who has the best dance moves in your family and which songs you danced to.
Keep dancing!
Hermine best moves are on “Mama Africa” by the Kids United. The good thing about this song is even when people are tired, they really want to stand up and dance. Hermine will show you her dance when back in school!
I can’t wait to see your dance, Hermine.
“First Monkey Man (Toots and the Maytals) and then Dirty Water (The Standells) . I’m gonna do the funny ways. I am the best dancer because I think in my brain I’m good at dancing.
Florence can do a twirl though … “
I would love to see you all dancing, Philip. I bet you are very good at dancing.
Enjoy your dance nursery!
Leopold chose with Hector à French favourite. C’est la danse des canards, the duck dance. Hector taught the moves (in the back scene, I wonder why?)
Thanks
Well done, Leopold. I’d love to see a photo of Hector teaching you the moves!
Dear Miss Siswick,
What a coincidence that the topic is dancing today! We facetimed with our Austrian grandparents this morning. Opa was playing the Styrian button accordion and I danced with Sophia to some Styrian music.
Greetings,
Nicolas
Fantastic, Nicolas. I bet that Opa loved seeing you two dancing to his music! My cousin plays the accordion too.
Joey loved dancing to Happy and a bit of Oasis.
I’m glad you enjoyed it, Joey.
We danced to Big fun by Inner City. I wish I could dance with all my friends.
I think we should all dance together at school the minute we get back, Sam!
Some great dance tunes there. Some I don’t know. I’m going to have a listen to them later. In fact I might do that now as my neighbours are playing some very bad music. My favourite tune to dance to is Encore Une Fois by Sash. If you ask my family they will tell you that I go a little bit crazy when I dance to it at parties
Hello Nursery,
I loved dancing to my favourite album today which is Trolls, especially the song ‘can’t stop the feeling’. Saoirse and I had so much fun dancing to it. This album makes us go a bit crazy! I have also been skipping with Saoirse as part of her PE lesson today. I found it hard, but will keep trying!
I’m glad you’ve been having fun and getting fit with Saoirse, Fiadh.
