This week, we are looking at multiplication and division. We’re going to start with multiplication. We were getting very good at our times tables, I think because everyone had worked so hard on the Times Table Challenge. It’s been a few weeks now since we last did one so you may want to keep practising them. Remember you have to try and do them in under 5 minutes!
Today’s Maths No Problem has lots of pictures to help you solve the questions. If you don’t know the answer then use the pictures to help you. They have been laid out in an array. Click here for a sheet that shows more about arrays. You could draw or make your own at home.
*Today’s Maths needs you to know your 2, 5 and 10 times tables. If you need some extra practise then please do any of the earlier worksheets in chapter 3. Or you could play these games to help you practise your 2 times table, 5 times table and 10 times table.
*If you are super confident with your times tables, then it is time to apply them! Try this challenge. You’ll need a member of your family to play with you.
