Today’s Phonics task: Practice making the ‘h’ action and saying, ‘h h h h h .’ Go on a hunt in your house for things that begin with a ‘h’ sound. Practice saying them like this h h h h hat.
Practice writing the letter ‘h’ in the air and on the table with your finger. You can also write the letter on your laminated card using a whiteboard pen or on paper using pen, crayons, paint or pencil.
I can’t wait to hear about all of the things that you found in your house that begin with h.
Grace held ham, honey, found a horse, wore a hat and hopped whilst telling me we live in a h-h-house. I also pointed out her hood on her coat and she knows Hudson begins with a h-h-h.
