Well done to everyone who practiced hearing the letter sounds s,a,t,i,p and n yesterday. You can print a sheet here to practice matching those sounds here:Easter Colouring Challenge
Today’s task: Click on the link to listen to the Group 2 letter sounds: c/k, e, h, r, m, d. Listen to them and repeat them out loud. We are focussing on hearing and saying the letter sounds rather than saying the letter names. https://www.jollylearning.co.uk/resource-bank-old/learn-the-letter-sounds/
Can you remember whose names begin with these sounds?
Can you find these sounds in the video and practice singing the songs?

Well done, Nursery. Lots of you remembered people whose names begin with these sounds.
Just remember to listen really carefully to the beginning sound. Just because a name begins with a particular letter, doesn’t always mean that it has that sound at the beginning. For example, Celestine and Cynthia begin with a ‘s’ sound although they begin with the letter C.
