Like me, you may be getting restless so today we have the perfect challenge for you!
So today your challenge is to create a dance routine!
Watch this video to watch two members of Diversity teach you some dance moves.
Then choose your favourite song and have a go putting your routine together!
In the blog below, write about your routine-tell us the song you chose and also a few of the moves that you put in!
You can do this challenge with your siblings, your Mum, Dad but probably not your cat…!

Hello I’v already Done p.e with joe and now i’m Going to have a go at making my own dance.
I have chosen to dance to set me on fire (feat.jena gogo) and I have included some turns,floor work and some Sissones.i’m really Enjoying myself!!!???

I am not into dancing but, I’ve been doing Joe’s PE morning lessons with my parents for one week and four days. The exercise vary each day and it focuses on different locations of the body. I really enjoy these classes because he clearly explains each routine and some of the exercises are fun to do. The shelves in the background changes each session. Can you spot what has changed?
That sounds great Anahi. You’ve definitely inspired me to do Joe’s PE lessons and I will see if I can spot the change!
There were a few sound problems, so I couldn’t hear anything going on in each of the videos, but we still managed to fit in some indoor exercises with my family.

I have been doing Joe’s morning and exercises hey are really cool.
I also started making my own dance with my sister (Hannah).
They are really helping me keep fit even indoors!

It has been very fun and I also enjoy doing PE with Joe.

I have done Joe Wick once but it wasn’t for me. I went out for exercise eg.walks,scooter rides
Also I tried doing meditation ?♀️.
I choreographed a dance to Yummy by Justin Bieber and Rise up by Andra day.I am now helping my brothers to make one to!

I did Joe’s workout and I also went to the park to take my dog for a walk. 🙂
