I would consider this cereal one of the not so healthy ones, but as an occasional cereal it would be fine. It has high calories and quite a lot of sugars.

  12. Mrs Casey says:

I always look at the nutritional label so I can keep an eye on my sugar intake. I find them extremely useful.

  15. Chocolate & hazelnut filled crepes
    ———————————————-
Typical values: per 100g per crepe
    Energy: 1900 kL 454 kcal. 608 kL 145 kcal
    Fat of which saturates: 21g 8.7g. 6.7g 2.8g
    Carbohydrates of which sugars: 59g 39g 6.7g 2.8g
    Fiber: 1.9g. 0.6g
    Protein: 6.3g. 2.0g
    Salt: 1.1g 0.35g

I will consider this as a not so healthy food because it has high sugar and sugar has high cholesterol and it’s bad for your teeth and body which can cause problems if you eat a lot of them. You could rather eat natural sugar such as fruits and vegetables which is healthy and taste sweet . Eating these crepes are a good treat if you want something sweet and it is tasty but don’t indulge yourself with it because it is not healthy.

For the challenge I chose Nutella:
It has 539 calories, 30.9 grams of fat and 56.3 grams of sugar per 100 grams of product.

It definitely does not belong to the group of healthy products, this is why we buy it so rarely. This time for me and my mum, it is a part of an emergency happiness support pack 🙂
Also, there is plenty of time for exercising!
