Thankful Thursday

Good morning everyone! 🙂

I hope you are all well and keeping safe.

It is so great that we can all keep in touch on these blogs, thank you to all of you for writing on them so often!

During these uncertain times there are some real life heroes trying to help things get back to normal as soon as possible.

Your task today is to write a letter to these heroes thanking them for all of their hard work.

You might want to write a letter to the doctors and nurses working in hospitals all across the country. Or you could write letters to the police or fire brigade thanking them for all of their help. Perhaps you would like to write a letter to the important people working in the supermarkets who are still going into work every day to make sure we all have food and can shop safely.

Whoever you decide to write your letter to, I am sure it will be greatly appreciated and we want to see it!

When you have written your letter, take a picture of it (you can be in the picture too if you like) and send it to us through this blog or email it to the school office. Or, you could write your letter straight onto the blog. That way, if you have one of these special people in your family, you could tell them to read this blog and see all of the wonderful messages thanking them for their work.

If you can, you could post your letter so that these amazing people get to read it.

Let’s tell them how proud we are of their efforts to help support our country and bring some sunshine into their day!
