I absolutely love reading and I know that lots of you  do too. 

As well as being enjoyable, the benefits of reading are endless! Here are just a few:

  1. Reading transports me to a new world about the theme in the book. My favourite book is Harry Potter. J.K. Rowling inspires me because she turns the story around at the end of all her books.

  2. I love reading because i can imagine it actually happening in my dreams at night. my favourite book of all time is bunny vs monkey. because monkey tries to take over the woods but only up blowing him self up.
    A author that inspires me is Jeff Kiney because his life sounds just like mine.

    One of the books that I love is called Murder Most Unladylike. It is a murder mystery that takes place at a girls boarding school an 2 girls have to secretly try to figure out the culprit. I really love this book because i have always loved a good murder mystery, it’s a really exciting book and the chapters mostly end with cliffhangers.📚

  4. I love reading because it makes me think that I’m in the story and leaves cliffhangers which makes me want to find out what happened next. My favourite book of all time is The Land of the Stories because the genre I like is fantasy and it leaves cliffhangers. Chris Colfer inspires me because he really puts a lot of detail about different kinds of characters and finds a way for us readers to continue reading on.

    My favourite book is Holes because i hadn’t read a book as good as this in such a longtime.
    An author who inspires me is Antony Horrowitz because he tries to share and express his mind to other readers.

  7. I love the fact that you can read about almost anything from different authors and how it helps you learn new words. My favourite book of all time is Harry Potter because I love fantasy books and the author is fantastic at making the book a bit realistic as well. The author who inspires me the most is J.K Rowling because she writes so many interesting words and phrases to help me to learn new things.

  8. My favourite book is called Camp by Kayla Miller it is about 2 girls going to a summer camp and Olive is the main character . Olive’s other friend, Willow is feeling very homesick and misses her mother .

    One day Olive and Willow get into an argument about Olive finding more friends than Willow. She gets jealous of Olive and they do not get along anymore .

    Kayla Miller is a big insparation to me because the way she writes her books are amazing!
    My favourite genre of reading is sci-fi and adventure books .

  9. The 117 storey Tree House is my all time favorite book!It slips in funny jokes and makes me laugh.It’s from authors called Andy and Terry.

    I love the authors of the 117 storey Tree House too!Andy and Terry are funny and seem very kind.I will never stop reading their books.

    I love being able to relax in usually a calm environment and read to help get rid of stress and any other problems on my life. My favourite book of all time is Pig Heart Boy because it was a very wholesome story and it had lots of twists and turns which were pretty unexpected like his best friend betraying him. My favourite author is Malorie Blackman beacause she is very good at using dashes and brackets. She also recomends good books like Holes.

    One of my favourite books is Harry Potter 5 ( The Order of the Phoenix .)
    This is a really exciting book as it builds up tension and suspense in each chapter.
    I have also really enjoyed the Harry Potters (1, 2, 3, 4!)

    I was engaged in these books because of J.K Rowling’s style of writing!
    I really enjoy the genre fantasy!

    I love that reading opens your imagination and helps you imagine exciting and fascinating stories non fiction and fiction. My favourite book is Harry Potter- The chamber of secrets by J.K Rowling because the story changes in different moods. The setting is fascinating and all the characters set a different atmosphere. An author that inspires me is Marcus Rashford. He wrote a book called, ‘you are a champion’. It is a very inspiring book because Marcus Rashford dealed with many difficult challenges.

    My fravourite book is Scarlet and Ivy because it is a mystery book and there are two twins that get into a lot of problems.
    The author that is inspiring is Sophie Cleverly because whenever I read her books she makes me read more and more!

  16. I love reading because it makes me feel excited, sad and adventurous maybe all in the same book! These things make me feel like I am inside the book which I really enjoy!My favorite book is a series of unfortunate events the author is Lemony snickett. lemony Snickett brings up the tension in the book which means there is always a mystery to be solved or there is an adventure to be done, and mystery is my favorite reading genre.

  17. The thing I love about reading is the different waves of emotion in the pages you turn, it always gives you a different taste. The book that I like is Splatoon. It talks about Little Mask (the main character) defeating bosses from the game Splatoon. The author that inspires me is Louis Sachar, He made the Book holes which is also one of my favourite.

    The thing I love about reading is the different stories in every book. The Letters from the Lighthouse because I love history fiction books, this book is a history fiction based on WW2. Rick Riordan is the author inspires me when I read all of the Percy Jackson which is all of his books and i admire him because they were all really interesting to read.

I love reading because it helps me to relax whenever I feel worried or sad, also helps me to clam down from anything active for example lots of running.My favourite book of all time is Demon Slayer because there is a lot of action and also a lot of adventures for example saving the world from monsters.The author that inspires me is Krojo Kamado. Because he makes me to read more of the story and he makes it more and more interesting and active which makes me excited.

    An author that has always inpired me is David Walliams. I have been reading his books for my whole life and all of his books are really funny and another reason that I love his books is because I find them different from the others. Another author that I really like is Mark Hadden. I really like his books because whenever I start reading one of his books, I can’t put it down. At the moment, he is my favourite author. What I love about reading is that once you find the right type of books for you, you can’t stop reading. I have always loved reading and I can’t wait to continue reading more amazing books!📚

    What I really love about reading is that you can immerse yourself into the story and feel like you are really one of the characters. One of my favourite books is ‘The Secret Diary Of Adrian Mole.’ This book is full of romance, suspense and real-life problems.
    In contrast, one of my favourite authors is Emma Carroll because I love the scenes she sets in World War 2. She inspires me because when she writes her books, they all link together in some way. For example, a character from one of her books appears in another one of her books to create a bit of mystery.

    I love reading because it brings you into another world. I can’t get enough of it and cannot stop. I feel like I am in the book. My favourite book is ‘First term at Malory Towers’ by Enid Blyton. I love the fact that the girls in it go on adventures and play pranks on their teachers. There is a lot of drama at the school but it’s interesting to read about. Enid Blyton inspires me because the way she wrote her books makes me want to read on and on until I finish the book.

  28. I love when books give me a image of what the scenery is based in the description. Probably my most favorite book is This Story Is a Lie because it has a plot twist at the end and the victim isn’t what he seems. Benjamin has a really good way of writing plot twists and description and this inspires me to write better descriptions in my writing.

  29. Reading takes me to many different places without me actually having to get up from the sofa. My favourite book was written by an author called JK.Rowling. The book is called Harry Potter. It is a book series of 7 books.

    My favourite book is called Trials of Apollo The tower of Nero because it has a lot of Greek mythology which I really like.
