St. Vincent’s annual Enterprise Week is well under way.
On Monday each class was lent £25 to spend on making a product that will be sold at the end of the week.
The aim of the week is for children to children to learn about the concept of profit and loss whilst gaining practical experience of using money.
Today, we were thrilled to welcome Metro Bank who led fun and informative workshops for KS2 to teach them about the basic principles of money, saving and banking.
Tomorrow the children will be advertising their products in front of the whole school before we welcome volunteers from HMI Treasury who will be helping go make some of the products snd answer lots of questions!
On Friday the market opens and all pupils may bring up to £3 on Friday to spend!
