Today we were honoured to welcome Cllr Robert Rigby, the Right Worshipful the Lord Mayor of Westminster. The Lord Mayor came to lead an assembly explaining his role and the theme he has chosen which is to ‘Inspire Activity’. He chose this theme with the hope of bringing a positive impact to the lives of children in Westminster by encouraging them to get more active and improving their physical and mental well-being. The Lord Mayor answered lots of our questions-including football related ones! At St. Vincent’s we have lots and lots of stairs to provide our daily exercise but today Year 6 joined the Lord Mayor in the daily mile.
