Last year our beloved Paolo died but he is always with us in our hearts. We now have a special seating area at school in his memory-and as Paolo loved Lego so much, this is a very fitting tribute to him. The bench is on the roof playground with the Church behind, and looking towards Paolo’s home. We will all sit here and think of Paolo, say a prayer, reflect and most importantly be happy. Paolo was always happy at school and we are sure he is smiling down on us from heaven. May he rest in peace.

I thought that this bench was a great idea to remember Paolo as he loved lego. If Paolo was still alive he would’ve loved this bench. I will miss him dearly and I will remember him throughout my life. I hope that Paolo is having a fun time in heaven and is happy. Paolo always smiled and made the cloudy days a sunny day. He was a joy to be his friend and it is so very sad of him passing away. But he is now in a better place.
