In our Expressive Arts and Design activity this week, we developed a range of skills to print butterflies.
First of all we drew our own butterfly; drawing from our imagination and observation. We used foam to draw our designs on.
We then explored colour and talked about the differences between colours.
After that we had a go at printing our own butterfly designs! We used different coloured paint to make different butterflies. It was interesting to see some of the colours mixing together! Our designs look wonderful!
