Today every St.Vincent’s pupil will bring home a ‘sugar smart world’ pack from Public Health England. The packs feature a fun game and stickers to encourage children to spot higher-sugar food and drinks and choose healthier everyday swaps.
Earlier this month, Public Health England (PHE) launched a national Change4life sugar swaps campaign. The campaign aims to reduce sugar consumption and raise awareness of the amount of sugar in everyday products.
As a healthy school, we fully support this initiative and want to encourage our pupils to lead healthy lifestyles.
