Year One have been very busy sorting animals into groups!
The children identified mammals, amphibians, fish, birds and reptiles by asking themselves questions such as ‘Does it have a beak?’ or ‘Is it warm-blooded?’
Then we identified which animals were carnivores, herbivores and omnivores and presented this in a Venn diagram.
