In assembly this morning, we learnt about how we should try and learn from St Vincent de Paul. He was the patron saint of charity and so we want to make sure that we are helping others as well.
Each year, we help feed local people in crisis by collecting tinned and dried food for the Westminster Foodbank. We are asking everyone to support by giving items such as toiletries, tinned meat, sugar, tinned fruit, long life milk, sponge puddings, pasta, pasta sauce, soup and breakfast cereals.
The Westminster foodbank have specifically requested these items:
We want to try to follow in the footsteps of St. Vincent de Paul and always try to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Please bring your donations to the main entrance and we will store them on the tables in the covered walkway. Thank you!
