In DT we have been designing and making fruit kebabs. First, we read the story, ‘Handa’s Surprise’ and we identified the 7 delicious fruits Handa puts in her basket. We taste tested fruit and used our senses and describing words. We then drew what our fruit kebabs wanted to look like, and then finally we made them! We had lots of fun and some of us made some repeating patterns. The best bit was eating our creations!
