We have had a lovely few days back in school! It has been great to hear about the fun the children had over the holidays.
In our Maths lessons this week, we have started our new topic of fractions! We started by recapping some of the previous knowledge we have learnt and reminding ourselves what fractions are.
We used volunteers in the class to answer a range of yes and no questions and then worked out the equivalent fraction.
Then, we used cubes to create snakes and write the matching fractions on our whiteboards. We have enjoyed the start of this new topic and are looking forward to learning more in the coming weeks!
