Year 6 have recently started their new topic ‘Freedom’. Just the word ‘freedom’ means different things to different people but today we focused on one definition-a political right.
The children told the story of The Suffragettes who committed their lives to fight for women’s suffrage.
Well done Year 6 for a fabulous final assembly. You retold this important story with such respect and enthusiasm. You said your lines clearly and sang beautifully-we are very proud of you all!
