School finished today for the 2022-23 academic year and everyone at St. Vincent’s is looking forward to enjoying a well deserved rest after a hard working, productive and fun year.
A number of pupils are leaving St. Vincent’s this year; Year 6 pupils will be transferring to secondary school and some children are returning to their home countries or moving out of London. We are also sad to say goodbye to some of our valued staff team- Mrs Cooper, Ms Drury and Mrs Karney. We wish them well and hope that they come back to visit us!
Today Father Philip celebrated mass for Year 6 families to mark the end of their primary school experience and the start of exciting new beginnings at secondary school. You are ready for this next stage of your education and we wish you well.
Thank you and well done to all our pupils for their efforts this year. You are all growing up to be such kind, well-rounded, young citizens.
Thank you also to all the parents who work so closely in partnership with the school. We are truly blessed. We are also incredibly appreciative of the brilliant work of the St. Vincent’s Parents Association-the £100,000 raised at the school auction is unbelievable and will make such a difference tot he education of our pupils.
We are also very fortunate and grateful to have the support of such a dedicated board of governors.
The biggest thank you is to our staff team. Every single member of the St. Vincent’s team cares deeply for the children and is dedicated to ensuring they achieve their best.
We are looking forward to welcoming all children back to school in September. Until then we wish you all a wonderful summer. Enjoy!
