This week, as part of our study of other faiths, we have been learning about Hinduism.
One of our pupils and her lovely mother led an informative assembly to share some of their beliefs with us. They used Mrs Avdiu, our Religious Education Coordinator, as a model to demonstrate their special clothing and jewellery. She looked beautiful although, as she is Catholic, she needed some help to wear the outfit correctly!
It was fascinating especially as we have links with a school in Nepal, and it was really interesting to learn more about Ganesh. We had so many questions and were impressed with how they were answered so clearly. Well done and thank you!
