Today at school we celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We all came to school dressed in red, white and blue or wearing an outfit from the 1950’s or dressed as the Queen herself. Even Molly joined in the fun!
We then had a whole school picnic lunch on the roof-it was very hot but lots of fun. Thank you to our wonderful lunchtime team for such a brilliant lunch. we particularly enjoyed our ice-creams in the sun.
We ended with a singsong. We sang the National Anthem and then some fun songs form the 1950’s.
What a brilliant day! Congratulations to the Queen on her Platinum Jubilee!
