In our RE lessons, we learnt about Passover (Pesach) and its celebration of the exodus of Israelites from slavery in Egypt. We also looked at an example of a Seder plate and learnt about the food eaten at Passover as well as the symbolism of each item. Here are some examples of the work the children produced to demonstrate what we had learned:
I really enjoyed learning about Judaism. One thing I learnt was that when the Israelites escaped they had no time to let the bread rise so they had flat bread.
