- The day on which Jesus died is called Good Friday. People go to church to remember Jesus, to listen to the story of his death and to pray for one another.
The children in Class 1 created a prayerful atmosphere in the classroom. We each made captions of the words Jesus spoke and we carefully placed them on our prayer focus. We gathered round the prayer focus and listened to Luke’s story. We talked about why Jesus died and we said lots of beautiful prayers.
