We have had a brilliant few days of designing, making and evaluating. In Design and Technology we have learnt about axels and wheels. The axels make the wheels rotate. We designed our own vehicle and labelled our drawings. We thought of a design criteria as a class. We then brought in a cardboard box from home and began assembling our vehicle. We used scissors, masking tape, axels, wheels and paint.
Our vehicles look fabulous! Well done Year 1! And Happy Easter! I hope the Easter bunny brings you lots of chocolate!
